Residential and Community
While still having the pleasure of completing engineering projects for prestige homes from the USA to the Middle East and throughout Australia, our involvement in low and high rise residential apartments and apartment communities has grown steadily over the last decade. We have also seen a steady increase in our involvement in the engineering consulting for special needs housing, lifestyle retirement villages, boarding houses and aged care facilities and strata management building services reviews.
Commercial
From supermarkets with their enormous refrigeration and cooking hood requirements, cutting edge heritage conversions with feature ductwork, professional offices with building management control systems, pressurised laboratories, a chocolate factory with exacting temperature controls, warehouses who need to temper perishable product or reduce dust from their loading dock, to professional medical services suites and hospitals, our engineering projects are never dull.
Restaurants and Hotels
The hospitality industry offers the opportunity to work our engineering creativity to provide unobtrusive and effective solutions. Our projects have included Neil Perry's Wokpool and Burger Project, Braza Brazillian Grille with ceilings designed by Director Baz Luhrmann's creative team, the fiery cultural experiences of Papa's Souvlaki, Frango Chicken, Guzman 'Y Gomez and Chargrille Charlie plus many more. We have also completed boutique hotels, serviced apartments and boarding houses in Parramatta, Coogee, Maroubra, Kiama and Glebe, the Sir Stamford Double Bay refurbishment and Mount View Winery Conference Exhibition and Accomodation Resort.
Schools and Childcare
As a preferred consultant, TWO MS is selected by Independent and Christian Schools for heating and ventilation consultancy. Undertaking projects in the Illawarra, Sydney Basin, Southern Slobes and the Central West, TWO MS has completed numerous multi-purpose halls/auditoriums, classroom blocks and hospitality classrooms.
Charities, Places of Worship and Public Halls
Throughout 2019-2020 TWO MS was delighted to extend their philanthropic support to "Grace's Place" - a refuge centre for homicide affected families. Previously our philanthropic services have supported a number of centres of religious devotion and public halls throughout Sydney and surrounds. Philanthropic engineering services are limited and based on the project load of Engineering staff.

Government
With a variety of NSW Government commissions, TWO MS has previously completed the design ventilation requirements for Sydney Water's pumping stations (potable water and sewage services), Barristers Chambers and Court Houses, TAFE Hospitality kitchens, university classrooms and auditoriums, in addition to the function centre at the Powerhouse Museum.
Leisure Centres and Pools
Our resume includes providing solutions for boutique fitness centres, including Fitness First, yoga studios and independently owned Leisure Centres servicing communities with indoor swimming pools, after school care centres and gymnasiums.
